⚖️ SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Booking Window: All coaching calls and strategy sessions must be scheduled via our calendar link within 30 days of purchase. Unscheduled sessions expire after 30 days.

• Rescheduling Policy: You can reschedule your call up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your appointment confirmation email. If you need to make changes within the 24-hour window, please message me personally. A maximum of two reschedules are allowed per booking; any subsequent cancellations will result in a forfeited session with no refund issued.

• No-Show Policy: If you miss your scheduled time slot without 24 hours' notice, the session is forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
• Information Disclaimer: These educational coaching sessions provide accounting, tax threshold, and business formation guidance. They do not constitute formal legal counsel or certified public accountant (CPA) tax filing services.
• Refund Policy: All sales are final once a session is booked. Because we immediately reserve your calendar slot, prepare your digital assets, and invest time into upfront research, we are unable to issue refunds.
