TERMS & SCHEDULING
By purchasing, you agree to the following:
• Submit your first booking request within 30 days of purchase. Appointments require at least two days’ notice and are not final until confirmed.
• Single-session services expire 30 days after purchase. The Business Success Package must be completed within 90 days, with each session being within 30 days.
• One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. The Startup Intensive requires 48 hours’ notice. Late changes, additional reschedules, and missed appointments may count as used.
• Refunds must be requested before the session, preparation, or custom work begins. After work begins, refunds are limited to unused services. Expired sessions, late cancellations, and missed appointments are nonrefundable unless required by law.
• Coaching is educational. It does not include legal services, CPA services, investment advice, tax preparation or filing, or guaranteed results.
• Meetings use Google Meet. Fathom may assist with notes. Recording or transcription will only occur after advance notice and consent.
• Booking links and included materials are for the purchaser only and may not be shared or transferred.
